This chia seed pudding is my latest obsession. It’s creamy, cold and has a texture that I really enjoy. It’s also really simple to make and is packed with omega-3’s and fiber!
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1 1/4 cups almond milk
small squirt agave nectar or honey
2 to 3 tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa powder
Put chia seeds in a deep container and cover with almond milk. Stir, then add sweetener and cocoa powder. Stir again then stir once every minute for 5 minutes to avoid clumping. Put in the fridge and wait a few hours for chia to absorb almond milk. Enjoy!
